Jerry is the founder of BridgeD Training and Consultancy Inc. with more than 20 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.

He facilitated CI projects that yielded cumulative hard savings of >$5.0 million last 2014- 2020. He also led NPI projects with cumulative sales of >$5.8 million in 2010- 2012.

He is a co-inventor for 2 US/ EU patents on optoelectronic packages having improved features and a manufacturing processes.
