Last 2018, the concept-owner engaged his friends into the idea of forming a start-up business that envisions to address the gaps between academe and industry, between amateurs and professionals, and between suppliers and customers. The group is comprised of experienced engineers, who at one-time, worked together in a technology-based company.

Their first meeting was held in a garage, where the big idea was crystallized. Succeeding meetings in coffee shops after work, brought details into the picture.​These men with diverse skills, competencies, and experiences were united with a common goal to help Filipinos from varied family, educational, geographical and cultural backgrounds to realize their dreams of success.
