As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she has led significant cost-saving initiatives and trained numerous specialists. Notably, she served on the Board of ASEMEP (Association of Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing Engineers of the Philippines), contributing to industry advancements and best practices.

Edna Guevara has a robust background in the semiconductor and electronics industries, having served as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Intel Corporation and a Training Supervisor at Maxim Integrated.

With an MBA, she has expertise in manufacturing process improvement, quality control, and team leadership. Her roles have focused on enhancing operational efficiency and implementing effective training programs within the semiconductor sector.

Rafi Delica is a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience, primarily in the semiconductor and electronics sectors.

His extensive expertise includes Analytics, Lean, Six Sigma, Operations Research, Design Engineering, and Product Development. Rafi is renowned for delivering impactful training and workshops and holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a GIMI Certified Innovation Associate.

Johnber Garcia has over 25 years of experience, with more than a decade in semiconductor manufacturing.

At PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, he held key roles as Process Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Unit Manager. Johnber is renowned for his skills in production management, process improvement, and team leadership, with a proven track record in enhancing production efficiency and quality control.

A multi-awarded scientist from the University of the Philippines, Rina Cada, PhD is a highly-focused and innovative expert in Quality and Reliability.

With extensive experience in managing Quality Management Systems across global teams (VDA 6.3:2023/ISO 9001:2015/IATF 16949:2016), Doc Rina has long years of coaching and mentoring experience on the practice of QMS Tools, APQP and Lean Six-Sigma (Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping).

Vero Buenavente is a seasoned engineer with 10 years of extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.

A Six Sigma Greenbelt certified professional, Vero has led process optimization and improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between Process Engineering and Design and Development teams. Her expertise in developing robust production processes and mentoring teams on operational excellence has been instrumental in driving innovation and quality across automotive projects.

Albert Nogot is a seasoned expert in Program and Project Management, with over 25 years of experience delivering high-value and complex projects across various industries, including automotive.

As a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL4 Practitioner, and Professional Scrum Master (PSM), he excels in both traditional and Agile methodologies. Albert currently leads as the Regional Competence Manager for the APAC region and Innovative Solutions Strategy Head in the automotive industry, driving key programs and initiatives.
